Exchange your Ombraz for a different size or color within 30 days of ordering at no cost.

Your request will go into a queue that cofounders Nikolai & Jensen review a few times per week. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label.
2. Please attach your return label to the return envelope you send back to us.
If you still have the padded mailer your Ombraz originally shipped in, we encourage your to reuse it. We will let you know once your Ombraz have been received and inspected.
3. Once your Ombraz clear inspection, we will issue your refund.
In order for us to accept your exchange, your Ombraz must have ZERO signs of wear or use, and absolutely no scratches on the lenses. Unfortunately, if your pair shows any damage or wear, we cannot switch it out, and will have to send it back to you or charge a lens replacement fee of $35. Thank you so much for your understanding.
*If you ordered more than 30 days ago, unfortunately you're past our 30-day exchange period outlined in our sizing-exchange policy and we will not be able to offer you a free exchange. All exchanges initiated after 30 days of ordering will be subject to a $25 service charge.
If you would still like to exchange your pair of Ombraz, please send them back to our HQ for inspection. You will be responsible for all shipping & handling fees.
Make sure your name and order number are clearly displayed inside the package so we can identify who it is from. If you still have the packaging your Ombraz came in, please use it. Otherwise, please use a padded envelope, like the one your Ombraz arrived in.
The postal service can sometimes lose packages, so take a photo of your tracking number for your records.
