Return your Ombraz within 30 days of ordering at no cost by following steps 1-3. If you are over the 30 day mark, scroll further down for instructions:

Your request will go into a queue that cofounders Nikolai & Jensen review a few times per week. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label.
2. Attach your return label to the mailer you are sending us.
If you still have the padded mailer your Ombraz originally shipped in, we encourage your to reuse it, or find a small reused mailer/box to ship in. Tuck 'em in the case, with the beads and cord hanging outside to case. No need for any bubble wrap or that crap. We're trying to reduce as much shipping waste as possible here. We will let you know once your Ombraz have been received and inspected.
3. Once your Ombraz clear inspection, we will issue your refund.
In order for us to accept your exchange, your Ombraz must have ZERO signs of wear or use, and absolutely no scratches on the lenses. Unfortunately, if your pair shows any damage or wear, we will reach out with next steps directly. Thanks so much for your understanding.
*If you ordered more than 30 days ago, unfortunately you're past our 30-day return period outlined in our sizing-exchange policy and we will not be able to offer you a free return. All returns initiated after 30 days of ordering will be subject to a $35 service/restocking charge.
If you would still like to return your pair of Ombraz, please send them back to our HQ for inspection. You will be responsible for all shipping & handling fees.

Please make sure your name and order number are clearly displayed inside the package so we can identify who it is from. If you still have the packaging your Ombraz came in, please reuse it. Otherwise, please use a padded envelope.
The postal service can sometimes lose packages, so take a photo of your tracking number for your records.
Once your package is received and inspected, we will reach out with next steps. Unfortunately, if your pair shows any signs of damage or wear, we cannot accept it, and will have to send it back to you or charge an additional restocking fee.
